what exactly is a pre-wedding session?
A pre-wedding session, or pre-wedding shoot, is a locational photoshoot that takes place in the months leading up to the wedding. It’s a great way for us to get to know each other a little better before the big day and for you and your partner to get comfortable being in front of the camera.
OKAY GREAT! where do they take place?
Pre-wedding sessions almost always take place somewhere rich with natural beauty, such as in the mountains, in the forest, or on the coast. Somewhere special and memorable for you and your partner to look back on and smile at the final chapters of your engagement before becoming newlyweds. I personally like to set the pre-wedding session at a location that is either significant to the couple and/or reflects their interests and personalities.

One of the most important aspects of a pre-wedding session is outfit choice, the key is to ensure a marriage (pardon the pun) between you and your partners outfits and the location. One way to ensure this is by sticking to earthy colours and to avoid brand logos or writing — this guarantees you and your partner look timeless. For the absolute best results we can work together to choose a location that matches your outfit choice or vice versa.
how will we receive the images from our session?
The images from your pre-wedding session will be delivered via a personalised online gallery which is both private and easily downloadable and shareable. This gallery will later be updated with you and your partners wedding gallery after the big day, meaning you will have all your albums in one place — from engagement to just married.
